3. Booking and Appointments

You can book appointments through our website. By submitting a booking request, you are requesting an appointment, not confirming one. We will confirm your appointment via email.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information (name, email, phone number). We are not liable for missed appointments due to incorrect information.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to book our services. Clients under 18 may require parental consent.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

4.1 Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours or more: Full cancellation at no charge
• Less than 24 hours: May be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows: May result in being unable to book future appointments
